Smiley Smiley

Just an assortment of photos showing off Natalie's gummy grin!  She now smiles in response to smiles and baby talk, for me and for Mark.  What a wonderful sight!

Oh my Gosh, I die.  Daddy brought back this bow from a business trip.  How sweet!

The dimple!!

School Days

Henry started two-year-old preschool today!  He goes twice a week.  The program is only a few hours each day, but I think it will be great for him.  He really needs social interaction with kids his age, since he is not in day care.  Let's just say his sharing skills could use some work ;-)

Posing with the obligatory first day sign.  At least this year he held it, unlike last year's attempt!
Hmm, I wonder what this thing says?!
Thinking his mama is a little kooky for insisting on this photo shoot.
Cheese!

With my two babies before the first day.

Henry's classroom has one of those windows that allows people to see in, but the kids can't see out.  What a great idea for preschool classrooms so the anxious parents can check on their kids!  I peeked about 15 minutes after dropping Henry off (they have a welcome breakfast I attended in the meantime), and Henry was happily playing with trucks.  He didn't even notice that I left, I think.

When I picked him up, Henry's teacher told me that he had a great day.  She also said he shared well, although who knows if she was being honest!  Henry was in a great mood, and I could tell that he had fun.  They painted, sang songs, had circle time, and played on the playground.

Here's hoping that Henry has a great foray into the scholastic world, makes some good friends, and has fun!
